We hired Chef Jon for an “elevated tailgate” in Oct ’23. He was great to work with on the menu as we brainstormed ideas and tweaked the menu. Dropped off equipment the day before and the operations the day of the event went smoothly.

Now the food. Fantastic! Everyone loved the 3 types of sliders, the chimichurri tri-tip, the mac and cheese, loaded potato skins, home made guac and chips, enormous charcuterie board and fresh fruit. Amazing that everything tasted great.

The only “downside” was that we had so much food – even giving away food at the end of the event.

We used Chef Jon to provide a bartender and she was also great!

Friends were so impressed, they used Chef Jon for a party in Nov. ’23.

We’ll be using Chef Jon again in 2024 – maybe for the NFL playoffs and a private dinner party. You can’t go wrong with Chef Jon and team. We highly recommend him.

You won’t regret hiring Chef Jon! I recently had him cater a holiday dinner at my home and his dishes tasted as good as they sounded when he first described them to me. We had a vast menu which catered to vegetarians and non vegetarians and it was fabulous ! His lamb chops with the chimmichuri were perfection ! My guest list was fluctuating but he made sure I had plenty of food for the dinner. I will be working with him again due to the ease of working with him and fair pricing.

Wow, where do I even start with Chef Jon and his incredible team? They swooped in to cater our 5-day business event and absolutely nailed it! Chef Jon was incredibly accommodating and met all our particular demands. He made it look easy!

His team? Rockstars! They were friendly, quick on their feet, and always ready to tackle any curveballs we threw their way. It was like having a bunch of friends helping out, except they were pro and delivered incredible meals and more. The list of things they did to go above and beyond is long. By the end of the 5-day event, Chef Jon felt like a close friend.

And the food – oh my taste buds! Each dish was a hit, from the oh-so-fresh ingredients to the picture-perfect presentation. We had folks with all sorts of dietary needs, and Chef Jon’s menu made everyone feel included and spoiled for choice.
