We hired Chef Jon for an “elevated tailgate” in Oct ’23. He was great to work with on the menu as we brainstormed ideas and tweaked the menu. Dropped off equipment the day before and the operations the day of the event went smoothly.
Now the food. Fantastic! Everyone loved the 3 types of sliders, the chimichurri tri-tip, the mac and cheese, loaded potato skins, home made guac and chips, enormous charcuterie board and fresh fruit. Amazing that everything tasted great.
The only “downside” was that we had so much food – even giving away food at the end of the event.
We used Chef Jon to provide a bartender and she was also great!
Friends were so impressed, they used Chef Jon for a party in Nov. ’23.
We’ll be using Chef Jon again in 2024 – maybe for the NFL playoffs and a private dinner party. You can’t go wrong with Chef Jon and team. We highly recommend him.
